REPORTS TO: Vice President, Information Management

AVAILABILITY: Immediately

This key leadership position will oversee Metropolitan's outcome
measurement and program evaluation system. They will select, design, and
implement outcome measurement tools and methods, as well as assure that
the evaluation system is well integrated into agency activities. Educating
staff and management on the utility and application of evaluation results
will also be emphasized.

Doctorate degree in behavioral sciences or human services field required.
Travel within Chicago-land area required. Advanced knowledge and expertise
in outcome measurement, program evaluation, research and evaluation
methodology.
