Foster Care Recruiter/Licensing Representative 

Seeking a highly motivated individual to be responsible for recruiting, assessing

and licensing of perspective foster parents. The individual will facilitate orientations and community outreach meetings to recruit foster care parents and assists in the development and implementation of foster parent training. 

Qualifications include a Bachelor degree in Social Work or related field: Masters Degree and experience in child welfare preferred. Car, travel and flexibility to work some evening and weekends are required.

Foster Care Program Supervisor 

Seeking BILINGUAL/BICULTURAL (SPANISH) individual to supervise team of foster care caseworkers.  Individual will be responsible for supervision of 5-7 staff members.   

Qualifications include a Masters degree in Social Work or related field, 5 years experience in child welfare and supervision.  Individual must be fluent in Spanish.

Foster Care Case Manager 

Seeking BILINGUAL/BICULTURAL (SPANISH) individual to manage a foster care caseload.  Individual will be responsible for working closely with family members to ensure the safety, permanency and well-being of all children on the caseload.   

Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field; Masters degree and experience in child welfare preferred.  Car and travel are required.  Individual must be fluent in Spanish.
