Full-time Director of Residential Programs position available in a residential treatment Center located in Hoyleton, Illinois. Hoyleton Youth and Family Services residential program provides treatment to 40 Developmentally Disabled youth between the ages of 9 and 21 as well as the Supervised Independent Living Program. Position requires a Master’s Degree in Social Worker or related field and 3 years administrative/supervisory experience in a residential setting.
Position is responsible for the supervision and oversight of, 4 Therapists, 4 Case Managers, Nurse, Nurse Assistant, and Residential Services Supervisor. Position requires knowledge and skills in effectively leading 75 plus program staff in developing and implementing therapeutic treatment programs, providing clinical and program oversight to the residential and Supervised Independent Living program, oversight of staff hiring, orientation, and evaluation, and oversight of client referrals, intake, admission and discharge process.
Position requires:
1. A Master’s Degree in Social Work or related human services field, LCSW required or ability to achieve LCSW within two years.
2. A minimum of three years supervisory experience in the human services field.
3. Must possess a working knowledge of Medicaid and COA standards
4. Strong organizational, time management, oral and written skills, skills.
