Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood education, child development or related field required. Knowledgeable of child care options, quality childcare environments, and community resources. Work well with families, childcare providers and the community. Must be well-organized, attentive to detail, resourceful and self-directed. Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Basic Function: Provides training to early care and education providers through workshops, self-study materials, and on-site consultations/home visits. Requires travel to rural areas and the ability to create/model literacy enhancing activities for providers.

POSITION TITLE: DIRECTOR: Early Childhood Services – Head Start
BASIS FUNCTION: Plan and administer all aspects of early childhood services in accordance with Federal Head Start Performance Standards, State, and local Standards and Best Practice, and with Society policies, strategic plan and vision. Provides leadership to staff and families in multi-site, multi-cultural settings; and for the Society through representation on internal and external groups.
QUALFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Early Childhood, Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Requires 3-5 years direct practice in Head Start and Early Childhood services, plus a minimum of 3 years supervisory and administrative experience in Head Start programs, preferably within Grantee agency; Bilingual [Spanish-English] a plus.

Hiring Range: Salary commensurate with experience and education
Qualifications: MA/MSW Degree, LCSW/LCPC preferred. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. Experience working with children and families in Foster Care preferred.
Basic Function: Implements therapeutic services utilizing psychodynamic and family systems approaches as well as other applicable psychotherapy models to a caseload of clients referred by foster care case managers. Provides individual, family, sibling and/or group therapy to adults and children of various ages, focusing on clients’ abuse/neglect histories, trauma they have experienced, and disrupted attachments, and ability to parent. Reports on clients’ progress toward treatment goals and collaborates with members of clients’ case teams concerning permanency goals. Reports to Clinical Supervisor.

TITLE: Senior Accountant – Accounts Receivable Manager
DEPARTMENT: Finance Department
HIRING RANGE: $45,000 - $53,000
QUALIFICATIONS: Position requires bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field (CPA or MBA a plus) with at least 3 years of practical accounting experience with billing, collections and other accounts receivable activities. Position also requires at least one year of supervisory experience in an accounting environment. Applicant should be proficient in standard desktop computer software and integrated accounting software (Great Plains knowledge a plus). Applicant should work well in a team environment, have a positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and possess general knowledge of accounting practices for receivables, payables and cash management.
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Overall management of day-to-day accounts receivable billing and collection functions including supervision of two staff accountants. Requires funder interaction, assistance with month-end financial closing activities, analytical reviews of regional financial results and enforcement of CHASI policies and internal controls. Position reports to the Senior V.P. & Chief Financial Officer.
