My
next mailing to the agencies will include the request for the subnets.
That mailing's cover letter is in final review now and should go out this
week. I will need responses from the agencies by the end of the
month. NOTE that it is possible that Best Practices may decide their
roll-out strategy very soon, once done I can target the area of the state
that I will need IMMEDIATE response from the agencies (in that region).
The
mailing went out, using E-mail and fax, on March 18th.
