Glenwood School for Boys and Girls is seeking a Director of Residential Services for its Glenwood, Illinois campus. Responsibilities include supervision of residential services and child care staff; development and supervision of program initiatives for youth ages 8 to 18; supervision of student recruitment and admissions; development of staff training; and coordination of volunteer activities. The position also includes supervision of student discipline and intervention services. Strong communication, team building, and organization skills are a must.

Education and experience requirements: Minimum Bachelor�s Degree, Master�s Degree in Social Work or a related field preferred. Must have extensive experience in residential care. Five years of supervisory experience, preferably in a residential or educational setting.
