Methodist Youth Services, Inc., a child welfare agency, is seeking to expand its programs and has the following position(s) available. We are seeking qualified and motivated individuals with a desire to assist youth succeed.
Positions are available for individuals experienced in assisting youth with building life skills and developing recreational programs and activities. Candidates must be experienced working with “at risk” youth and must be able to set boundaries and discipline when necessary.
An Associates/Bachelors Degree is required. At least two years of direct experience in a child welfare residential environment. A valid driver’s license and car insurance is required. Must satisfactorily pass an IDCFS background clearance and meet transportation requirements.

CHILD WELFARE CASE MANAGER
Methodist Youth Services, Inc., a child welfare agency, is seeking to expand its programs and has the following position(s) available. We are seeking qualified and motivated individuals with a desire to assist youth succeed.
The Case Manager will be responsible for support and advocacy of youth. Responsibilities will include managing and coordinating services for each client as they transition through the program. The Case Manager will formulate assessments of the emotional, social, and mental health issues of the clients, at the time of intake and frequent re-assessments as the client progresses through the program.
A Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or other comparable acceptable field in human services in accordance to Departmental Rule 401 is required. Must have at least two (2) years of child welfare residential case management experience and current Child Welfare Licensure.
