ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

 

Family Resources, Inc. seeks an Associate Director of Residential Programs for youth.  This is a unique leadership opportunity to supervise and oversee the day to day operations of six residential programs within a multi-faceted organization.  Qualified candidates will be responsible for program supervision and evaluation, staff development, COA compliance and fiscal management.  Masters Degree or active enrollment in a Social Services or Business masters degree program required. Must possess a minimum of three years supervisory experience, with previous residential care experience preferred.
