CASE MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:          Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services. 2-3 yrs

experience.  DCFS Licensure & SACWIS experience required. Current

Driver’s License with excellent driving record. Valid auto insurance.

FOSTER CARE SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS:          Requires MSW to supervise child welfare

programs.  A related MA for those positions in family service programs.

Requires at least five years in the social work field; two years of which

will be in the area of child welfare after receiving the appropriate

Masters Degree. Must have Child Welfare License with SACWIS

experience. Preferable two years previous supervisory experience would

be an added plus. Must be in good physical condition. This candidate

must have an excellent driving record, a valid driver’s license and valid

auto insurance.   Candidate must also possess sensitivity to clients’

cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.

HOUSE LEADER

REQUIREMENTS:          Candidates are required to be at least 23 years of age with a Bachelor Degree in the field of Social Work, Counseling, or Human Service.  3 years of experience is required. Candidates are required to have a vehicle with an excellent driving record, valid driver’s license and car insurance. Candidates must have a Child Welfare License, SACWIS experience, and experience working with older DCFS Wards. Candidates must possess the ability to be patient, show initiative, good judgment, work independently as well as in a team environment, excellent communication skills and relationship building with residents between the ages of 17 to 21. 

TLP Residential Advisor

REQUIREMENTS:          Candidates are required to be at least 23 years of age with an Associate Degree in the field of Social Work, Counseling, or Human Service.  2 years of experience is desired. Candidates are required to have a vehicle with an excellent driving record, valid driver’s license and car insurance. Candidates must possess the ability to be patient, show initiative, good judgment, work independently as well as in a team environment, excellent communication skills and relationship building with residents between the ages of 17 to 21.
